Features

l  The circular LED lighting design makes the inner pipelines bright evenly. In contrast, most manhole cameras use halogen lamps on the camera. So, they make shadows in a small pipeline as of 150mm.  

l  The lighting source of LED doesn’t make heat a lot. Especially, in a hot area, a halogen light makes the camera too hot to cause a malfunction.

l  Powerful 220:1 zoom captures detailed condition of pipelines or manholes.

HANSAN ROBOTICS has made a general robotic crawler which is reasonably priced and is versatile to adapt easily to various environments.

It is used to inspect a pipeline of 150mm to 1000mm.

The camera has the function of 200° tilting and 360° panning. It has auto focusing function. So, it can inspect the inner condition of a pipeline. Also, it can move in various speeds.

The lighting consists of two kinds. First, there are two sets of small LED lights with a camera. It makes a camera inspect a small pipeline exactly without shadows.

In addition, there are two additional big LED lights located on the body of the crawler.

The whole structure makes the parts of wheels, camera be replaced easily.

Special Robotic Crawler

HANSAN ROBOTICS has developed several special crawler systems.

First, it is a crawler for 2D panorama. A 3 dimensional image is transformed to 2 dimensional planes to check any inner condition very precisely. It is realized with a mirror type whose images show the front image and the side image

 

Second, the company has developed a crawler which can measure the inclination of a pipeline. It is realized with a special tool on it to measure the inclination.

Third, the company has developed a robotic crawler to measure the deformation of a pipeline with a laser.

ROBOCUT–Robotic Cutter

HANSAN ROBOTICS has developed ROBOCUT, a robotic cutter cutting a protruded branch pipeline, a tree penetrating into a pipeline, and making a hole after a lining job for rehabilitation. 

ROBOCUT, as a cutting machine, has been provided in Korea and internationally since 2008. So, it is a proven machine.

A ROBOCUT used in a pipeline of 150mm to 600mm is applied to a PVC, a clay, and a FRP pipeline.

It is also used for blocking pipelines. When a pipeline is blocked due to some sludge, some marbles, the cutting machine can clear the block.  

Several cutting tools are used when each of them is installed on the cutting area

1.     150-225Ø ROBOCUT

This robotic cutter is made for a small space such as a pipeline of 150Ø to 225 Ø. To have enough power to move in a very small space, it has a chain system of wheels. The cutting part can rotate endlessly and lift up to 75° to make the cutting tool located correctly.  

It is exported internationally because it is very useful for a small pipeline like 150Ø.

2.  250 - 600Ø ROBOCUT

This cutting machine has supplied since 2008. Especially, it is used for cutting a protruded branch pipeline as of concrete. It is divided into a part of moving and a part of cutting like 150-225Ø ROBOCUT. However, the moving part doesn’t have a chain. Rather, it can move with four separate wheels. The front camera can let a worker see the working process exactly.

Also, The cutting part can rotate endlessly and lift up to 75° to make the cutting tool located correctly. 

3.     Customized Robotic Cutter

HANSAN ROBOTICS has supplied a special robotic cutter fit for special needs of a customer.
