ROBOCUT–Robotic Cutter
HANSAN ROBOTICS has developed ROBOCUT, a robotic cutter cutting a protruded branch pipeline, a tree penetrating into a pipeline, and making a hole after a lining job for rehabilitation.
ROBOCUT, as a cutting machine, has been provided in Korea and internationally since 2008. So, it is a proven machine.
A ROBOCUT used in a pipeline of 150mm to 600mm is applied to a PVC, a clay, and a FRP pipeline.
It is also used for blocking pipelines. When a pipeline is blocked due to some sludge, some marbles, the cutting machine can clear the block.
Several cutting tools are used when each of them is installed on the cutting area
1. 150-225Ø ROBOCUT
This robotic cutter is made for a small space such as a pipeline of 150Ø to 225 Ø. To have enough power to move in a very small space, it has a chain system of wheels. The cutting part can rotate endlessly and lift up to 75° to make the cutting tool located correctly.
It is exported internationally because it is very useful for a small pipeline like 150Ø.
2. 250 - 600Ø ROBOCUT
This cutting machine has supplied since 2008. Especially, it is used for cutting a protruded branch pipeline as of concrete. It is divided into a part of moving and a part of cutting like 150-225Ø ROBOCUT. However, the moving part doesn’t have a chain. Rather, it can move with four separate wheels. The front camera can let a worker see the working process exactly.
Also, The cutting part can rotate endlessly and lift up to 75° to make the cutting tool located correctly.
3. Customized Robotic Cutter
HANSAN ROBOTICS has supplied a special robotic cutter fit for special needs of a customer.
So, if a customer wants to get a special cutting machine, he can let us know what the environments are for it.
The nature of the parts which should be cut is very important for a special cutting machine.
